no refunds or exchanges

Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of our products, Stickfiguremadeit (SFM) does not accept returns or exchanges on any bikinis or swimwear. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure quality before shipment.

Exceptions - PAcking or shipping errors

We only offer refunds or replacements if there are packing or shipping errors attributed to our handling processes. These include:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Item damaged in transit (proof required)
  • Item missing from the package

Provide photographic evidence of the issue, along with your order number and the description of the problem. Our team will assess your case and, if approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Upon approval of a refund due to our packing or shipping errors:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
